If you cancel 7-13 days before your event, you will forfeit your non-refundable reservation deposit of 50% of your selected party package price, plus you will still be responsible for the remaining 50% balance due. The only exception to this is if we are able to re-book your cancelled party slot. In the event that we are able to, you will have the opportunity to book another party of equal or greater value to be held within 3 months. The remaining 50% balance would be due at the time of the new party.

If you cancel within 7 days of your party, you are responsible for the full party price (non refundable 50% deposit, 50% remaining party package balance, + full cost of any party extra’s already purchased by Bouncing Off The Wall on your behalf)
