| Can I bring my own food/drinks? | |||||||
Sure! For Come Play! times, you may bring your own drinks/snacks provided that they are consumed at a table in our lobby area. For your convenience, both food and beverages will be available for purchase from our snack bar. NO FOOD, GUM, OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN THE JUMP ROOM AT ANY TIME. This includes both sippy cups and bottles. We thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep the jump room designated for play only. For Let’s Party! times, you are welcome to bring in any already prepared food. There isn't any time prior to your party room time or during your party room time for food preparations. There are a number of food items that you may order from our “Party Extra’s” menu to complement your party package and ease the stress on you at the last minute. Let us know if we can assist with any arrangements!

| Can I bring my own decorations? | |||||||
Our party room comes fully decorated for your event. We provide a generic birthday party theme that includes plates, napkins, plastic utensils, tablecloth and a balloon for each child as part of your party package. For this reason, we ask that you not bring any outside decorations that would need to be taped or stapled to the walls. We will not allow silly string or confetti either. If you have any other decoration questions or ideas, please feel free to ask. If you would like to provide your own thematic party-ware, we can set that up for you while your party is in the jump arena. We do ask that if you are providing your own themed supplies that you drop them off to us 24 hours in advance of your party. This helps us to get all party preparations done ahead of time, and also to color coordinate the items that we will need to provide with your theme. You will need to pre-assemble any table decorations (i.e. cardboard centerpieces, favor boxes, cake decorations, etc.) prior to bringing them in.

| Can I drop my child off? | |||||||
For open play times, NO! Parents are required to be in the facility with their children at all times unless they are attended by someone 16 years or older. The only exception to this rule would be if your child came with another family or attends a birthday party here. However, your original signature is required on a liability waiver before they can jump. For your convenience, waivers are distributed with birthday party invitations, as well as available to print from our website as a PDF file. While we encourage you to actively participate and play with your child (and feel it’s a pretty cool place to do so!), we also acknowledge that if you have multiple children, or are otherwise distracted, you can’t keep a watchful eye at all times. We will always have an adequate number of trained staff to help with monitoring ALL children in the jump room.

| Is there anything else to do besides jump on stuff? | |||||||
Yes! In addition to our 5+ inflatables where you can run, jump, bounce, climb and slide, we have hippety-hop balls, ride on cars, [play kitchen, train table, building blocks, a parachute, and child friendly snack bar. For your smaller children (under 2) we have a variety of stimulating activities for them as well. They can enjoy some tummy time on a colorful mat, crawl around on soft play forms, or park it in an Exersaucer or Bumbo seat. Forget your front carrier? Don’t worry, they can snuggle up to you in one of ours or enjoy time in a baby swing. Besides the lack of a beer-garden and video poker, we’ve pretty much got the whole family covered! (Family pets EXCLUDED) Is there anything for parents to do? Jump! Play! Act Like A Kid Again! Please remember that while we want you to play with your kids, we want them to be safe even more. These rules should help:
