This job would involve direct supervision of children and their parents to insure safe play and positive interactions with our inflatable equipment. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, written inflatable safety certification course, have or obtain a CPR/1st aid card, and be willing to work in a drug-free environment. All members of our team are also responsible for the day to day upkeep of our facility. Shifts are available during the day, evenings and on weekends. A qualified applicant would be someone who has experience working with children in some sort of supervisory role, great child related references and a somewhat flexible schedule. We are currently looking for people who can work Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am-1:30pm. Starting pay is non-negotiable at $9/hr.

People being considered for this position would not only have a love for being around and ENTERTAINING children, but also have a good understanding of and mentality for phenomenal customer service. Successful individuals in this position must be able to work at warp speed, multi-task, think on their feet, pay attention to the smallest detail, and work together cooperatively on a team, while maintaining a cool, calm and collected demeanor. This is a position that all of our employees aspire to, so in order to land this one, you have to be impressive! All members of our team are also responsible for the day to day upkeep of our facility. This position involves MOSTLY evenings and weekends. Pay is non-negotiable at $9/hr but generally you make tips on all parties (average tip is $25/party), based upon the level of service you provide a family during their party.
