The state of Oregon does NOT regulate the use or rental of bounce houses. It is up to the individual companies, and even the consumer to be educated on the risks and precautions. You should NEVER hire a bounce house company who does not carry liability insurance to protect both you as the consumer, but the company itself. Bounce houses can be dangerous when not operated or maintained properly. A commercial liability insurance policy that covers the equipment that you are renting is the only line of defense that you have as a consumer. In most cases, renters insurance or even a homeowners policy will not cover you for liability when an injury occurs at your home while a guest is playing on a rented bounce house.

We are available 7 days a week for inquiries and customer service issues (8am-7pm). You may email 24/7 (info@bouncingoffthewallbend.com). We do have emergency customer service in the event that you have an issue with your unit and will provide you with contact information on your rental contract.

Our units can be rented any time of the day or night, throughout our rental season. If you have an unusual time frame or request, just ask! We are always here for our customers. Your safety and trust is what our business is built on.

What times should I choose on the reservation?2019-04-17T23:12:45+00:00

Just choose the times of your actual event. The time that you want the bouncer in use. We will plan delivery, set up and breakdown accordingly. It’s not time that you have to pay for.

When do you set up?2019-04-17T23:22:51+00:00

That depends on how many events we have taking place on a given day. Usually, we would be there about an hour before. If we have scheduling issues and need to deliver earlier in the day, we will communicate ahead of time and make those arrangements at a time that is convenient to you as well.

Does the price include set up and delivery?2019-04-17T23:19:22+00:00

Yes! Delivery and set up is FREE within Bend City Limits. If we travel to outlying areas such as Redmond, Prineville, Lapine, Sisters, Madras or beyond, we do charge $25/each way to cover the additional fuel cost.

How big are the bouncers?2019-04-17T23:20:00+00:00

The size of each bouncer, as well as the space requirements for set up are listed with each item. If you are having trouble locating that, please send us an email.

What surfaces do you set up on?2019-04-17T23:21:51+00:00

We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids) or concrete. We require a flat, DEBRIS free surface. The area must be completely clear of animal waste, large rocks, pinecones and other objects that could cause wear-damage to the bottom of the inflatables. Our water slides can only be set up on grass due to water runoff and kids bare feet.

We have rented some really dirty jumpers from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?2019-04-17T23:22:39+00:00

No. The jump should be clean when you get it.  We clean and disinfect after every rental. If you see an issue, please bring it to our attention when we set up your bounce house. We will address this immediately.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?2019-04-17T23:23:05+00:00

Yes, while the unit is in use, it MUST remain plugged in and the blower unit switched on. Once unplugged, they deflate.

The only time that we ask you to deflate the unit is at the end of the rental period, or in the event of inclement weather. Inclement weather would be defined as :

  • Winds exceeding 20mph (or gusts that you feel decrease the stability of the unit- – moving the side walls, lifting at the anchor points)
  • rain or snow (more than the lightest sprinkling)

In the event of inclement weather, we ask that you remove all children, cover the bouncer with a tarp and both unplug and remove the blower to a dry area. The bouncer should remain staked/ sandbagged to the ground at all times until it has been removed from use by our staff.

You are responsible for all damages due to negligence due to leaving unit operating during inclement weather.

What about parks? Do parks have electricity?2019-04-17T23:23:10+00:00

We love setting up at parks. In Bend, they do not require a permit, but you should check availability for things like space and power. Keep in mind that many of our parks DO NOT have electricity available, or if they do, it’s first come, first served. You will need to arrive early to locate it and save your space. We require that the bounce house be located within 50’ of a dedicated outlet. If you want to set up at a park, you must be able to confirm that they have power, it’s located within that distance OR rent a generator. If you have your own, please verify with us before the event that it is sufficient to provide the power needs required by the inflatable that you’ve rented.

What forms of payment do you take?2019-04-17T23:22:08+00:00

Cash or Credit Cards. We do not take a check unless it is for a business and we can access funds prior to the event date. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What is your cancellation policy?2019-04-17T23:22:18+00:00

We prefer as much advanced notice as possible. Things like weather and illness often get in the way of that. When the issue is the weather, and we deem the event unsafe due to adverse weather conditions, your deposit is fully refundable. If it’s due to illness, we would prefer to reschedule for another day when your child feels better. We will, however, refund your deposit if that’s not possible. All other cancellations with at least 7 days advanced notice will be fully refundable.

Yes, we do. All orders require a 50% credit card deposit to hold your reservation.

Do you have a written contract and safety rules?2019-04-17T23:23:22+00:00

Yes. Once we process your deposit, we will send you a copy of the rental contract which will include the safety rules. We will also provide you with a paper copy of both when we deliver the unit(s)
